Conference opens Thursday at 8:00 a.m. and seminars begin at 9:00 a.m.

Exhibitor set up will take place Wednesday, October 14th from 3:00-5:00. A receipt with event details will be emailed at the completion of registration and payment.

Sponsors receive priority registration and elevated visibility throughout the conference. Sponsor logos are added to all promotional materials and receive an ad in the conference program and formal recognition during the event. View sponsorship tier information here.

Cycling Event: Meet at 10:00 am in front of the Hyatt for an intermediate-level group ride through the village and East Vail. We will continue up the pass. The route is approximately 12 miles each way with about 1,600 feet of elevation gain. This is an out-and-back ride, so participants may turn around at any point. Riders should bring their own bike or e-bike, as rentals will not be provided. The group plans to return by approximately 1:00 pm.
