The Colorado Self Storage Association (COSSA) was founded in 2004 by a small group of self storage industry owners and professionals. Their mission statement read: “Our mission is to ensure the stability and growth of the Colorado self storage industry by providing a forum in which members may increase their knowledge through educational opportunities, exchange information and promote an established, unified voice.” Over the years the Association has grown in membership and in their mission.
A not-for-profit group, COSSA provides a voice for the industry in Colorado.
COSSA represents the self storage industry interests and provides a collective voice at the State Capitol. We monitor proposed legislation and take action if necessary on legislation that could have an impact on the self storage industry.
